The Insights Dashboard provides organization administrators with powerful analytics tools to understand feedback patterns, monitor employee engagement, track team health, and ensure compliance across the entire organization.
Who Has Access
The Insights Dashboard is admin-only. Organization administrators can access all views; other roles cannot see this section.
Available Views

Feedback Matrix
The Feedback Matrix shows who gives feedback to whom across your organization. It displays a grid where rows represent feedback givers and columns represent feedback receivers, with color-coded cells indicating relationship quality.
Key features:
- Filter by practice or team
- Identify strong collaborations (mutual high scores)
- Spot relationships needing attention (mutual low scores)
- Export to CSV for further analysis
Employee Engagement
The Employee Engagement dashboard aggregates manager and peer assessments to understand how engaged team members are across the organization.
Key features:
- Combined engagement score from manager and peer perspectives
- Trend indicators (improving, stable, declining)
- Quick filters by engagement level
- Detailed breakdown for each individual
Team Health Matrix
The Team Health Matrix provides an organization-wide view of how teams are doing across ten evidence-backed health dimensions:

Compliance
The Compliance view tracks participation in the feedback system, helping ensure your feedback culture remains healthy.
Key features:
- Engagement rate across the organization
- Individual participation metrics
- Status categories: Excellent, Good, At Risk, Inactive
- Trend tracking (improving, declining, stable)
Using Insights Effectively
Regular Review Cadence
- Weekly: Check engagement levels for any newly disengaged individuals

- Monthly: Analyze feedback matrix for relationship patterns

Acting on Insights
When you identify concerning patterns:
