After You Log In

When you sign in to your organization's Mistvine workspace (e.g., acme.mistvine.com), you'll land on your Home page with the Action Center. This shows everything that needs your attention.

  3. Submit sentiment - Let your team lead know how objectives are feeling (anonymously)
  4. Review your principles - Understand what success looks like at your level

Team Leads (Additional)

  1. Create team objectives - Align your team with organization goals
  2. Submit weekly status - Share progress, plans, and blockers
  3. Monitor team health - Complete team health assessments

People Managers (Additional)

  1. Review your direct reports - Complete pending feedback reviews
  2. Prepare 1:1 topics - Add discussion items for upcoming meetings
